Audiology

Our audiology department remains open to address urgent items. However, we will be providing telehealth and drive-up services only.  We know that these are very difficult times and we want to make sure that you can hear the updates and directives from our government officials.  All hearing evaluations and in-office appointments will be canceled until further notice.

If you need assistance, please contact your local office and schedule an appointment.  If your concern can be addressed via telehealth, an audiologist will contact you to provide the appointment via the telehealth, internet, connection.

You can also bring your hearing aid to the office for service. Once you arrive at the office, remain in your car and call the main number and someone will come to your car to obtain your hearing aid and discuss the issues you are experiencing.  The audiologist will service your hearing aid and then return it to you in your car.

For a drive-up appointment, please call:
Burnet – 513-221-0527 (ext. 129) – Open Monday and Thursday by appointment
Eastgate – 513-947-8470 – Open Wednesday and Friday by appointment
West Chester – 513-942-3350 – Open Tuesday and Thursday by appointment
