National Sign Language Interpreter Appreciation Day recognizes the efforts of Sign Language Interpreters who provide communication access for deaf and hard of hearing people.
Hearing Speech + Deaf Center uses full time and contract interpreters to empower communication access in Greater Cincinnati. Our interpreters serve hundreds of businesses with thousands of hours of interpreting. Our interpreters bring COVID-19 updates to the Deaf Community at Mayor John Cranley’s regularly scheduled COVID-19 updates. You can see Cincinnati’s Mayor Cranley recognize our interpreters for National Sign Language Interpreter Appreciation Day (May 6, 2020) [here.] Thank you, Sara Bianco, Caraline Browning, and Jack Baker.
