UPDATE 4/29/2020
Based on the reports from Governor DeWine and Dr. Amy Acton, we will be reopening some of services effective Monday, May 4, 2020. In doing so, we have policies and procedures in place to keep our patients, clients and staff safe. Our general policies are as follows:
- We are offering services in our offices, curbside and via telehealth. Please see the specific service below for your options.
- Masks are required to be worn at all times while in the office. The HSDC staff will also be wearing masks to protect you.
- If you have been exposed to anyone within the past 14 days prior to your appointment, please call to reschedule your appointment to allow 14 days to pass prior to coming to the office and monitor for symptoms of COVID-19: Fever (> 100.0), unusual shortness of breath, sore throat or excessive coughing.
- We ask that you be accompanied by no more than 1 person and that that person must also wear a mask.
- On the morning of your appointment please call and reschedule if you experience any of the following: Fever (> 100.0), unusual shortness of breath, sore throat or excessive coughing.
- Please maintain appropriate social distancing (6 feet) while in the office.

Deaf Advocacy: All D/deaf advocacy services will be provided via video phone.

Audiology
Audiology services can be provided via telehealth, curbside, or in office, Monday – Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. Our offices are closed each day from 12:00 noon – 1:00 pm for lunch.
