President Biden signed a wide-ranging executive order on Friday, July 9, aimed at promoting competition across wide swaths of American business see NPR\u2019s report here<\/a> and Fox News\u2019 report here<\/a>. The order includes 72 initiatives at more than a dozen federal agencies to promptly tackle some of the most pressing competition problems across the US economy. Included in the executive order is an effort by the Biden Administration to save Americans with hearing loss thousands of dollars by allowing hearing aids to be sold over the counter at drug stores.<\/p>\n
