Meet Our Audiology Team
Director of Clinical Services

Marlo Lawrence, Au.D. attended the University of Cincinnati, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in English Literature as well as a master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders. She holds a Doctorate of Audiology degree (Au.D.) from the University of Florida. Marlo has more than 20 years of experience as an audiologist and is very passionate about serving her community. She served on the Ethical Practices Committee for the American Academy of Audiology for three years, teaches Practice Management to doctoral students at the University of Cincinnati, and has volunteered on various committees throughout her career. Marlo spends her free time with her husband and two sons. She loves college basketball, football, painting, reading, and writing.

Clinical Audiologist

Kerry Havens earned her undergraduate and graduate degrees in Communication Sciences at The Ohio State University. She earned a Doctorate of Audiology (Au.D.) at the Arizona School of Health Sciences. Dr. Havens currently sees patients at the West Chester location and enjoy helping hearing impaired adults with varying degrees of physical and/or mental abilities. When not at the office, Kerry most enjoy time outdoors with her husband and two children.

Ian Martin received his bachelor of arts degree in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology from Iona College in New York.

Clinical Audiologist

Anne Rolfert obtained her master’s degree in Audiology from Miami University in December 1997. She provides audiological services to adults, including hearing assessments, hearing aid consultations, hearing aid fittings and service, and assistive listening devices. When she is not busy at work, she enjoys reading, watching movies, and enjoying time with her family.

Hearing Instrument Specialist

Sally Stroud is a graduate of the University of Alabama and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in communicative disorders. She is a licensed hearing instrument specialist and a licensed audiology aide. In her spare time she enjoys exploring Cincinnati, spending time with family and friends, and watching Alabama football.

Clinical Audiologist

Jan Warner has a master’s degree in Audiology from the University of Pittsburgh and her certification through the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. She works mainly with adults, but has experience working with school aged children. Her expertise is in hearing aid fitting, assistive listening devices and classroom amplification devices. Jan has worked in the field for more than 30 years and continues to learn new things every day. She enjoys enabling others to improve their communication with family and friends.
